The Antiques At Kimberton will be returning to the Kimberton Fire Hall & Fairgrounds in Phoenixville on March 16 and 17, 2019. Our show offers great food, creatively designed and antique treasures. We look for vendors with true antique furniture and décor that appeal to our demographic. Dealers are handpicked to create a show with a specific and unique aesthetic. We pride ourselves in keeping our show a special, one-of-a-kind event with high quality vendors.
We expect our dealers to put together an inviting and beautiful booth space, as if it were your own little shop. Display pieces must fit the aesthetic of your merchandise and backdrops are encouraged. The more curated and appealing your booth, the more shoppers will enter and buy!
This event will open on Saturday and Sunday for general admission, with set up beginning on Friday.
If we feel our show is a good fit for you, we will send you a contract to send in with your booth fee. Booth spaces are arranged by seniority. The date we receive your contract and payment, you will be added to the seniority list, which will determine your booth placement for all future markets as well.
The application must be filled out in full.
Pictures must be sent or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. They will not be returned.
You will start out as a substitute (fill in for a dealer who can not do a show).
When a dealer drops out, the new dealer will come from the substitute list. Once you are in as a permanent dealer, you will be expected to do both shows.
IF YOU YOU ARE PRE-APPROVED OR A CURRENT ANTIQUES AT KIMBETON VENDOR you need not re-apply unless your product and categories have changed. Simply email us to receive your registration invite.
